Treasure Hunt.
Going on a hunt for Op Shop treasure always brightens up my day! And the expedition to Echuca was very successful with a very promising haul of vintage beauties including an amazing Ojay camel coloured jacket and gorgeous white glo mesh bag that is in tip top shape! Indeed I was a very happy shopper!
For my mini adventure I wore a maxi skirt from Tempt, Payless boots, Rubi Shoes socks, a vintage purse and a thrifted shirt and sweater.
Hope you had a splendid weekend!

Winter Wool.
Exams are over and now holidays have began! So my best friend and I have decided to take a mini trip down to the coast. Yes, winter is a great time to visit the beach with the average temperature around 15 degrees but the journey will be more fun than the destination! We are going to travel down the Great Ocean Road so I will have my camera ready for some great ocean shots. Ah, the ocean I can't wait to see you again!
Todays outfit is all about comfort. Since I will be travelling for a few hours tonight I thought worn in jeans are the perfect option teamed with a thrifted sweater, Sportsgirl scarf, Payless boots and a vintage bag.
Let's hope the weather will be kind to us! By kind I mean not raining and only a slight breeze.
Hope you're having fun!

Chocolate Indulgence.
This is Part Two of my bag collection. Whilst writing this post I am on hold to Telstra, my favourite telecom service provider. Pause NOT! I am currently in between phones atm as I am awaiting my new i Phone (just a little bit excited!), so I have no credit on my old pre paid and feel a bit scared that I will get stuck somewhere and I wont be able to call for help! However I refuse to pay $20.00 for credit which I wont probably have time to use. Ah the drama of it all!
To get back on track, I own 17 beautifully divine brown bags of various shape, size and texture. All of which have been thrifted over the last couple of years from around central Victoria. Can you tell I adore envelope style handbags? My favourites include the fake Gucci and chocolate brown envelope bag with a shiny crocodile like skin covered flap (close ups can be seen in picture 2).
I'm off to my work Christmas party tomorrow night and have a wicked outfit already planned! Hopefully I can post it late Friday or early Saturday, depending on how late I'll be out.
Wish me luck with Telstra.

PS. If you've fallen in love with any of the bags featured, name your price and let the bartering dance begin.

The Black Collection
Today has been an epic adventure. Finally I ordered my new I PHONE 4 and I couldn't resist mentioning this as it is my FIRST real phone other than my Dad's hand me downs. And whilst at lunch I found a rad vintage purse at the local Oppy (pictured directly underneath the striped bag) it features a handle and shoulder strap with a gold clasp and is square in shape. All in all a perfect day don't you think??
The photos below outline my 21 black purse/bag collection which I have sourced all over Victoria from towns including Rochester, Echuca, Bendigo, Shepparton, Elmore and Melbourne. Note this is only my BLACK collection, more collections will be posted later this week, so STAY TUNED. Oh and if any of these bags tickle your fancy, let me know and we can discuss a price or if I will be willing to sell.
My top two include the black mini bowler bag with gold detailing (next to the black hat) and the glo mesh purse in the centre of the photo. I use the mini bowler everyday, it fits everything just like Marry Poppins' magic carpet bag!
Make sure you leave a comment.
